d16a1 turbo engine swap

I have an 89 acura integra ls with a stock d16a1 engine. i plan to put in a new, low-mileage d16a1 engine and a t3 turbo. im buying the turbo kit off cxracing.com what are the complonets and steps that go into converting a non-turbo d16a1 engine into a turbo d16a1 engine. i plan to push no more than 8 pounds of boost. what aspects go into the swap?

Your going to need the full turbo kit
Manifold
Waste gate
Turbo
Downpipe
Oil feed and return
Intercooler and piping with blow off valve
injecters
A jumper harnes with a obd1 ecu that's chipped crome would be the cheap way out I use it all the time
Get a wide band and a boost gauge and that's about it

can i say if your willing to put turbo you should build internals .. or has that already been done ..
