Dash clock won't adjust

Recently swapped my LS cluster for a GSR one. Turned everything on and my clock will not adjust. I also put a new battery in. Anyone know my problem?

Is the clock lighting up when you the key on?

Its possible that the contacts for the buttons have deteriorated
