Dash wiring help!

Hey guys i really need help with my 94 integra. Since i had the car my clock, radio, fan blower doesnt work. And i checked the fuses under the dash and under the hood. I took a few pics, im not sure if its because something isnt hook up or maybe something isnt grounded out. So id appreciate it if you guys could help out, maybe take a few pics of whats hooked up under you dash, thanks!.
Also could you tell me where the 2 wires in the second pic go to? 1 black and 1 blue wire

those black and blue wires are not stock. does your car have any aftermarket alarm or lighting? Also the location of the 3 amp fuse looks like a connector for something behind the dash.
