Decent Header?

What's a decent header, that won't break the bank, to go with a Yonaka cat-back? ('94 non-vtec LS, B18B)

Depends on what you want. Top end power? Mid range power? Do you want it to be street legal? (aka retains the stock cat). There are many options, DC Sports, Skunk2, HyTech replica companies, Vibrant, the list goes on and on.
