does not start on hill????

I have a 1993 integra and it wont start on a hill,and sometimes on flat ground.Does not happen all the time about twice a month,seems like just in the summer.and if i roll it a few feet it starts right up....weird!!!I dont understand...does any one have any suggestions.or has it happen to anyone else..........thanks

Well at first I thought maybe your just low on gas a few times a month.

But since you mentioned it'll start if you roll it a few feet.. maybe it's just your starter.
