e-brake adjust

this is my first time with rear discs and after a lot of bs and rusted bolts snaping i did a brake job on my db8 last night...the e-brake grabs but it has almost no tension (i can pull it all the way up with little to no problem) is there a way to adjust them like on drums or are the like self energizing? thanx!

i dont ever have resistance till its almost all the way up and my holds on the steepest of hills.

you have to tightent the cable itself. not really replace the pads

I have the same problem.. I think u have to pull up the center console and adjust the cable there near the handle.. Not exactly sure but I think thats it and it is something I plan to do soon.
