i get one long light when i check the codes which means ecu correct? if this is the case anyone got an extra OBD1 PR4 around i could buy?

ok yeah its not just one long light and a then off for a bit before it comes back like it would be fore an O2 its 1 solid light continuous it never goes out. which is what i count as a 0 i think and not a 1 but i could be wrong?

one long is 10, one short is 1

bad wiring or unplugged / bad sensor

it doesn't turn off though its just a solid light

when the car is on or when you jump the diagnostic port?

even when i jump the port the light stays solid. its solid and gives no code. but it only comes on without the port jumped after the engine comes up to idle after initial start up. its not on when i first start the car but comes on after its supposed to switch into run mode for the computer its start up circuit seems to work fine but the transfer into run mode seems to break down somehow.
