Electrical Problem

SO i just installed some new speakers and stereo, i think i messed something up because now my dome lights control all the lights on the dashboard (on/off) and the stereo still dont work. Any clue on what I could have jacked up???

check ur fuses and dont forget the 7.5 amp back up fuse in the fuse panel under the hood
