Engine build? turbo?

hey guys im new to this fourm but i have a 1996 integra gsr and im looking to eventually build the engine and turbo it. im looking for sugestions on parts and turbos, keep in mind im on a limited budget.
let me know what your thinkin.

if your motor is healthy just get a turbo kit and tune it. ebay kits people have had success with. so an ebay kit and, a obd1 p72 or p28 ecu, a jumper harness, and a chip and dyno tune

If your car makes good compression across the cylinders and you dont go over 8-10 psi its internals can stay stock

however that is a rough estimate it can blow up still... a good tune is the most important thing
