Engine swap or Transmission swap

To start I have a LS engine perfectly fine nothing wrong with it, and it has a auto transmission also perfectly fine. I was looking into changing to a manual transmission preferably a gsr one. So the question is What would be better money wise, doing just a transmission swap, or doing a full engine swap that comes with the transmission?

I would rather sell an Ls and buy a Gs-R

Sell the car, buy one with a manual transmission instead. It will cost you THAT much to swap.
