Does a Haynes Integra book have a how-to on how to do an engine swap?

How did some of you guys learn to do a swap?
Is it a hard process? (I mean it cant be to hard, its just nuts and bolts, it just takes a while)

How should i go about putting a B18c1 into an LS shell?

I'm in the process of MY first swap, Iv'e helped a friend swap a motor before but this is the first one Iv'e done on my car. I'm having a friend help me out.

you need to research online. Thats a lot of info

A B18C1 should be pretty easy into an LS, it's basically the same motor. The only real difference is a few extra wires.
