99 integra ls engine in my 93 civic and when i start it she runs way low and almost dies for about 1 minuet then the revs go up and its fine. does anyone know how to either cut out the evap canister completely so it just starts normally or how to hook it up properly? anything is welcome but pictures/diagrams more so.:???:
