exhaust broken, replace it all or just cat back

So my exhaust broke right after the resonator. Shop wants about the same price to replace the broken pipe as it would cost to just get a new exhaust. Should I get a full header to tailpipe exhaust or just the cat back? It's about $175 for a full system or $120 for the catback exhaust.

Where are u getting an entire header to tailpipe exhaust for $175? Its a no brainer get the header back.

If you are getting ebay/china parts (which you most likely are for that price) I wouldn't.

Go to a junk yard and find some OEM stuff for a fraction of that cost if $$$ is a concern for you.
