Ok guys I'm confused and frustrated with my car! So it started overheating yesterday. My fans are not coming on. So I disconnected what I thought was the CTS under the dizzy connecting to the lower radiator hose and jumped it and the fan turns on. So I went to Autozone and got the CTS brought it home unhooked what I thought was the CTS and they are different. One is skinny with a post at the end and the one I pulled out of the car is fat and flat at the end that plugs into the car. So I go to checkers and they manually looked through all their sensors and found my part. Took it home hooked it up and car is still overheating. So after searching online everywhere I could I think what I replaced was the fan switch.
I don't have any pics of what it was that I replaced. Does anyone have pics of the two different things and can you explain to me where both are located? Pics would help immensely.
