Also Fans just plug in, and is the ac unhooked or deleted? Did he remove the compressor?

Yes the compressor is still hooked up i just dont know how to do the electrical.

also is there suppose to be 2 fans on the radiator cuz theres only one. it looks like there was a braket for another fan

Generally there are two, some people run one. They're pretty cheap and can be found on craigslist etc

a head gasket can be done in your driveway in just a few hours depending on your mechanical skill. but be prepared lol if you read my thread asking about any trick you will see that these cars have a pitfall, the bolt that holds your crankcase pulley on does NOT want to come off. as for the rest, do a tune up and oil change, check for leaks around all your gaskets, pull your spark plug and see if theres oil in there, you can take it into a shop or most dealerships and pay a small fee to have them do a full diagnostic and inspection (should have done that before you ever bought the car) and they will tell you everything thats wrong with the car without taking it apart and it gives you a good list.
