flange bolt with spring (B18A1)

what you do you guys recommend? i'm looking for two exhaust flange bolts, springs, and associated nuts. right now the exhaust manifold beneath the engine is connected to piping without bolts/springs.

there a part number or link that would get me exactly what i needed?
