flush mount hood locks

so after having my car stolen im starting to do alot of research and getting ideas on some security options. this is one i came across. i know i can relocate the hood latch cable and block off the hood latch with a metal plate but this seems alot better of a choice for its purpose. im not a fan at all of hood pins due to the horrible look of em. what do you think? would these look to unpleasing to make them not worth it?

Bet those would be easy to break off, making it even easier to open the hood.

Id just do the hood cable relocate and latch block off. Along with a nice 2way alarm.

yeah i wasnt going to go with ebay ones they were the first thing that popped up. im def getting a 2way alarm. i also found this cool diy that i might try out. its cheap an easy for a fuel cut off. http://mnhondas.com/showthread.php?t=22455i think yall are right tho the the cable block off an relocation of the cable is going to be the better choice. i dont think i could live with myself if i had those ugly ass things on there lol.
