ok club integra. So my car is running better and pulling stronger than ever but i have noticed that when i step on it say i do a third gear pull on interstate a foul odor comes about for a second smells rotten and stinks is this something to do with a cloged cat or is it just the mixture of the gas burning to rich and the sulfur in the cat thanks

Have you noticed a drop in any of the fluids? Oil, Brake, Radiator? I know some of those dont make sense but worth checking anyways.

Could just be due to an old engine. lol. I have yet to not smell anything from an em1 or a gsr after they or I hit vtec.

engine only has 10k on it after rebuild and was purchased from h motors with aprox 40k so im leaing towards a bad cat

sounds like clogged cat to me... im surprised you dont have a CEL or drivability issue...
