Found a turbo for cheap..

It seems kinda strange to me that this guy doesn't have any info on it what so ever. But it might be worth checking out, check with him and see if he knows the size or anything, how many miles are on it, if he knows what car it came off of, and check the fins on the turbo and see how they look. I'm no turbo expert, hut that's what i'd do

Weird I asked if it was still available he said no but that he would have 4 more in a couple of hours for $100 each... Seems a bit sketchy.

See if it spins by hand easily without make any noises or uneven restsistance. There will be some shaft play becuase there is no oil pressure on the bearing. But make sure there is no contact between the wheel and the housing and there isnt any evidence of prior contact such as scuffing. But even if you have to rebuild it, $80 is still a good price.
