front end collision and electrical issues

hey all, i have a 93 integra just got whacked in the drivers front and tore the blinker off. I have power at the wires, but the lefts dont work at all, front or back. rights work fine. if i put the standard 10a fuse in and try the lefts it just blows and the relay makes a terrible sound. hazards dont work at all. I threw a 20a in to see what would happen and the entire car dims when the left is flipped on, still no turn signals. bad relay???? please help, insurance company totaled the car, but im saving the beast from the boneyard by doing the work myself, just gotta sort this issue out for inspection later this week and its golden. help me save my beauty

could be a bad or shorted out wire.

Shorted wire or bad ground wire would be my guess

Turn blinkers not working?

I'd check the ground wires first. Use the repair manual to locate them, there's like 12 of them. That's the first I'd check on.
