Front lower control arm bolt

Hey guys/gals, earlier i was adjusting my coilovers & noticed the passenger front lower control arm inner bolt was sticking out a bit past the frame. I tried torqing it back down but after every few turns the bolt would loosen again. Do i just need to get another lca or no? I got a quote at a junk yard and they're askin $35, thanks

It that the one that bolts into the arm it self or does it have its own nut? It might be broke inside the control arm or striped out

Yeah it's the inner bolt that a tie bar would mount to, fortunately it's just that side with the issue
