Front seat question

Are the bolsters and overall look of front GSR seats the same for cloth and leather? I want to buy a cloth seat and reupholster leather on it. I'm wondering if the stock leathers are the same as the stock cloths just different material on them

I recently took off my cloth seats but just to clean them. If I remember there were 18 metal clips . 4 in the back rest and the rest on the butt seat. I could be off 1. Don't know if thus helps.
