fuel shut off?

If you are referring to the rev limiter fuel cut, then don't change it. Your stock car does not make power beyond its red line, and your car wasn't built to exceed its current red line. You need to do motor work to increase that red line, and get it tuned to see if you even make power beyond it. Otherwise there is no point at all going up to 9000+ RPMs.

AFTER you build your motor, and get it tuned, the tuner can change the rev limit to what is safe for your motor and where you make peak power. There is no need to do it now.

dyno tuning and a hondata, chrome, aem, etc...will allow you to raise and change your fuel mixture. after 6800-7500 your car makes zero power
