Fuel tank heat right heat shield?

So i failed inspection....again because my brakes were squealing and there was no heat shield on the right side of the fuel tank. I have never seen this heat shield in the haynes manual or in any diagrams....does this shield exist?

Yeah the first part of the heat shield goes from the cat to the resonator then wraps around the s bend but stops right before it gets to the right side. I basically made a custom heat shield for the right side to see what he says so ce i couldnt find anything online on where this part is.

iirc theres no heat shield for the gas tank just the exhaust. there are aero pieces that mount around the tank i think or they are next to the tank.

So there is an exhaust heat shield right before the mufffler? Theres no exposed area where the exhaust and gas tank ate exactly next to each other w/out a shield in between?
