getting ready to change transmission fluid

So I am going to be changing my transmission fluid in my 97 ls which is a standard. I am hearing a lot about syncromesh and full synthetic mtf but what should I use? Also I have heard thar syncromesh should be mixed with mtf so if I use that how should I mix it?

Honda mtf or synchromesh nothing else...you can mix them. I would use one or the other thought.
