got it together Yay now it starts and revs up to max really fast

as i stated in the title i got the car put back together i had the head off to have it checked for bent valves. i changed the gaskets out and changed the fuel filter i seem to have all of the electrical ports in place but i may have missed one what would cause it to rev all the way to max but not have me push the pedal? i guessed either vacuum or electrical but usually if its electrical it just wont idle at all and then die so any idea's what it might be electrically? i will look for vacuum leaks while i wait.

First make sure first that the throttle body isn't stuck open and that the nut on it isn't too tight. Make sure everything on the IM looks right and that none of the sensors are damaged or anything too.
