im not sure i understand you...but it would be an equal trade......a GSR stock motor for stock LS motor tuned+turbo kit......i just gave the guy a full write up on my set up n is thinking about the final decision....

im still depabting mywself but leaning more towards the swap.....

you know the LS-t has been beat on and you could end up screwing yourself. i understand how you feel about this but you need to be caucious when buying high performance parts that have been beat on. like i said hey buy his kit then they will have a stock motor

Yeah, I wouldn't be trust worthy of someone elses turbo car. I'm just not much for taking people's word for it in that department

well if he said that it was his gf's car than its a hell no... you dont know what she has done to that car. it seems like the way he was talkin bout it that she doesnt know anything bout cars and he did all of the work... so she didnt appreciate it as much and probably beat it to hell... i say no on the whole thing... no swap and no turbo... or you could ask to test drive it first and see what is wrong with it if you know what to look for and listen for... but ultimately its up to you on what you end up doin.

no, you have no idea how well it was built. What corners were cut. Also just because it runs and he says it was tuned doesnt mean it was, or even if it was, you dont know if it was tuned right. Too many variables, way to many ways to get screwed.

So no... not a smart idea

its sounds like a way cool deal but i wouldnt do it i would ask to test drive her car so you can look it over and see if there is anything wrong, plus i would have him show receipts of all the work done

^x2 reciepts are a good thing...cause grinding gears and burning clutches doesnt sound like a good tuning job...
