GSR Throttle Cable Bracket

Hey everyone. I need to know which one of these is the throttle cable bracket that sits on the top of the IM near the TB that holds the throttle cable in place near the butterfly valve. In the diagram below I think it's #13 but could also be #15, or could be both. The IM has 2 bolt holes for it but the diagram makes it look like each bracket only uses one bolt each. Just wanted to make sure I was ordering the right thing. Thanks for your help!

looks like #13 is what you need if you want to put it on the IM, #15 is for the one that bolt on the TB, which way is your TB open up?

it rocks backwards....the top goes toward the intake and the bottom goes towards the IM.
