So, I made it to 26.
I had a great day today. Honestly, I've had a dozen bad birthdays in a row, literally.
Spent the morning with my dad, had an awesome lunch with my mom. Spent the afternoon and evening with the wife, had a great dinner, watched a good movie (Little Fockers. I rather enjoyed it)
Then, my buddy just got a new car today, he got the car he's been trying to get for a long time. A 2005 Subaru WRX. As a "thank you" for teaching him how to drive stick shift (in preparation for getting this car) he let me drive it around a bit today, which capped off my evening.
Seriously, this is probably the best birthday I've ever had. At least that I can remember.
