Header to Cat problem

I have to questions. I bought a off brand test pipe from someone off CL and seen that where the flange that hooks up to the header, is in a angle. I remember my headers flange being straight. I look up b series headers and see they are in a angle. BTW I have DC headers. Another question, If I do bolt it up, do I have to get donut gasket and OEM springs and bolts or just bolt it up?

Donut gasket is needed. What i did was shorten the springs by cutting like 2 threads off. Everything went as planned then.
