Headlight adjustment 1998 Teg GSr

ok, i know where the adjusters are but for some reason the lights are not moving. i have evan put a drill on them to spin them faster and still nothing. what the hell is going on?? i have seen probably every link to anything about this and nothing is helping. i need a new idea and advice.....

I have the same problem but just that my projectors were moving freely its like if there nothing holding it still!! PLEASE HELP????

lol i'm guessing this in an Acura defect because my 98 does it too. if somebody gets an answer hmu
