Headlight Problems.

Hey, I have an Integra Rs and I'm having trouble with the headlights. They are plenty bright, but they don't seem to be reflecting right. There seems to be a lot of missing light. The light is only coming out in three narrow beams like this V /. A v shape and third beam by itself. I bought new headlights, but the problem persist.

most cars have sight glasses with a level on top of the lights
so you can aim them . not sure if the integers have them
