heater does not work

is there a common problem with the blowers or heaters going out on the 93 integra and if so whats it take to get it fixed im trying to save some money pls and thank you, and also when on high the heat barely comes out. and with that said it is also stuck on defrost. but the air coming out is nice and hot just not much of it. and it think is the blower makeing a funny noise

and also to help it kinda lets a lil heat out of the defrost but an high theres hardly any heat coming out but the air that is, is hot . and i also can not change any of the settings like defrost to vent it always just comes out the defrost area.
