HELP! 1994 Integra GSR CEL 25

Hey guys. My Integra recently threw a CEL. I haven't had a chance to get it checked out so I've just been driving it. Finally went to my mechanic and he said it said code 25. He had to look it up and apparently it means to use another computer or try to reset the code. That worked to no avail. He said it could be the ECU. I've googled and have never seen code 25. I watched It do the two long flashes and then the 5 quick flashes.

Yeah I couldn't find anything online for 25. I watched the cel do two long pauses and 5 quick flashes twice. Is there's anyone that will read OBDI for free? It wouldn't go away on a reset so that's why he was saying it could be a hard code/ecu

I say that because i looked at a list of ALL ecu and abs codes, and there wasnt a 25 listed for ecu.

I think autozone or advance auto might do free diagnostic checks, idk ask tjem
