!HELP! HEAD Making NOISE!

I have a problem i got my head rebuilt about a month ago(b18b1). I wouldnt drive my car that much since then but to day i started to drive it. i drove it all day and i drove it in the freeway for like 10 minutes. at the end of the day i noticed that it was making a ticking sound coming from the head and the more i press on the gas the quicker the ticking gets.
Whats Wrong?

not sure, take it back to the same mechanic and tell him whats happening, I had a problem after I got my timing belt changed, sometimes things get loose (lol..) so it may just be something not done up tight enough

more than likely the valves tapping....did you check your oil level out as well?

Valve lash. After a rebuild, it needs to be re-set a few times to hone it in.

valve adjustment, and just in case; check your oil. if its low it can add some noise but i doint think it would be that loud. and is it a tapping or a scraping/rubbing type sound?

Valve Lash adjustment should do the job. Check oil levels as well.

Without oil valve chatter is noticable. Valves may also need adjustment as everyone else said...
