Help! JDM b18b swap in 91 integra

Hey guys im a new user and have a huge noob question. Does an obd2 jdm b18b in a obd1 integra need anything to pass emissions? Like is it just a drop in engine and go. Is the b18b even legal to have in Canada. Again sorry guys I'm such a noob I tired searching and finding info but i t didn't go so well. Thanks!

I dont know Canadian laws.
In the US the emission regulation is based upon the vehicle, not the engine. So if its a 91 Integra then OBD0 regulations apply.
