Help replacing broken wheel studs on 98 integra

i get taken them out. but the problem is that the hub on the passenger side is not turning for some reason .
all i have done so far was take off the caliper, rotar and the axle nut.
that should be it?
the hub just doesnt want to turn for some reason?
any idea why?
its an automatic btw.
i had it in nuetral and e-brake down with both front tires off the ground.
the driver side wheel turns fine i just cant get that passenger side to turn.

if its in the front you need to take off the bolt on top for the A arm, the bottom ball joint bolt and the tie rod bolt then you need to press out the wheel bearing

the rear just take out the abs sensor and shoot in the stud

now when you say press out the wheel bearing ..
can that be done at home or does that need to be at a shop.
