Will a High Flow Catalytic Converter make a different with a stock exhaust??

Not really until you open up the exhaust before and after the cat...at LEAST after. Header+High flow cat+cat back=power

yeah i know but im just going to the track and i was hoping to see if it could get a little more power...and i think mine is bad
