How Do I Reduce Road Noise?

hatch hondas are loud by design. not having a trunk to isolate the rear wheel wells makes a big difference. For that reason im gonna create myself an exhaust system thats quiet as stock on the street and run and electric bypass solenoid for track use.
I have heard of people using a expanding foam of some kind on the inside of quarter panels and wheel wells on show cars w/ big systems. Atleast that stuff is light and waterproof.

I took out my interior(panels and such) and took foam that would normally be in a recording studio and cut it up and stuck pieces in different areas. Mainly just the rear of my car. Light stuff and reduced my "road noise" quite a bit. very happy with the outcome

FatMat is cheaper stuff than Dynamat but since you have enough to double up why not :) and you get the same result
learned it on another forum :ninja:
