how to DIY flat paint?

hey guys like the title says, im planning to fix up my car a little ...


trying to paint it flat black , and i was wandering does anybody have any reccommended steps or anything?


i already have steps i jx wnna compare/see

Painting your car flat black isn't considered fixing it up, unless you're doing body work and you're going to have it painted at someplace.


All I can say is...prep work. Take your time and make sure the surface you're painting is clean, from oil, dirt, dust, anything.

i meant fixing up as in fixing the chipped paint, scratches and holes etc.
