How to fix saggy front bumper/splash guard?

My front bumper is saggy from underneath i just wanted to know what size clips are used to fix it
I tried zip ties but it still sags a little
Im trying to find the parts on acuraoemparts but idk if its considered part of the splash or bumper because the part that is sagging is painted

Im at work so ill post a pic thats on my phone and get a better one up later

i think theres like 2-3 bolts that hold that piece up, do you have those? and still saggs?
mine does alittle too but on the outer edges, straight down from the bumper lights

From what i see its those black plastic clips but it doesnt sag as much after i zip tied it but it still does a little
If i had those clips it wouldnt sag at all

I bet most integras have this problem. Since its underneath the car..I don't care how it looks.

Maybe i should just get a lip to cover it up lol thats like a $400 fix if i want oem
