how to remove and paint valve cover?

So I saw somebody who had a mirror-like valve cover. I was wondering what the best way to paint your valve cover would be. Would anybody be able to post the best method including brands of products they used?. As well, how do you take the valve cover off a 94 rs?

obvious nuts on the valve cover
you can get it sand blasted or use paint remover

to get the old paint off, use aircraft stripper

then find some wrinkle paint or whatever paint you want to use and paint it, use sandpaper to sand the letters after painting to get the paint off of them :thumbs up

a common way to remove paint off surfaces
you send it to a place that has a sand blaster, and it shoots small particles of sand to scratch the paint off.
