how to restore headlights

GS=goes slow
just found a kit I picked it up at Wal-mart http://www.myheadlight.com/ THIS WORKS!!

ok I'm not going to go through it step by step cause they have a video on the web sight and very good instructions that come with the kit. video:http://www.myheadlight.com/media/streamingvideodirections.htm

ok now for the pics:

1) before

2) after sanding

3) driver side complete

4) both complete

the way this kit works is you use a 1000 grit sand paper and some of the compound that comes with the kit and you repeat with a 2000 grit sand paper.FOR PEOPLE THAT CARE ABOUT THERE PAINT I WOULD TAKE OFF YOUR BUMPER!!

I just used this kit took me about an hour of my time. the kit cost $19.99 at wal-mart you can also get them at Advance auto or Autozone. and the company backs this product with a LIFETIME WARRANTY!

all you need is some 1,000 grit sand paper with water then use wax to buff clear but i guess that stuff works pretty well i used to work at mercedes doing detail :p

this kit has a top coat that goes on wet and drys and fills in imperfections in the headlight and it drys to a hard finish. but yeah 1000 grit and wax would do the same but not last as well.
