HP Racing header ?

so my cousin is selling me a header for my 95 Integra. Its an HP racing 4-2-1 one peice header. It has a polished finish but u can tell its pretty old. He wants 75 for it, but I've never heard of HP Racing ?? Good or Bad?

Those things are the rust masters!, when we sold them at Nopi, we'd open boxes, and some would have all ready start rusting inside

im asuming its probably a 2.5 collector right if it looks good and there arent any leaks on the welds (check for leaks if there is anyway) i would say buy them for now or get somke brand new ones on ebay for like $150
