The Hytech collector is 2.5", so I'd get something that's 2.5". The N1 is 2.36" You'd be defeating the purpose if you went with the N1.

That would be a good idea. Get a resonator so it won't be too loud. Keeping the exhaust diameter consistent is the best way to do it.
