yea screw all that cali CARB/bar/reff.... a header is a header. unless it is a race header which deletes the catalytic converter, there is absolutely zero difference in emissions between an OEM vs. DC vs. hytec header

WV and Florida is non emission law.

Maryland is easy to pass (Ocean City has no emission). Boosted guys are passing emission and people running no cat/high flow cat or test pipe.
