Tonight I was driving my 98 ls with a b20 swap home. It idled just fine at work. Got about a mile from my house and it idles at 500 rpm and eventually dies. I have a iacv code. A lean code and a down stream o2 sensor code. I know about and why those 2 are on. I check the valve and the hoses. I also cleaned it awhile back. Should I clean it again or is this problem not to do with that?

Edit: I just let my car sit for 5-10 minutes. Started up and it is just fine. Idles better. Around 900. I'm thinking this is a problem when it is hot.
