Idk Whats wrong with my car

When my car is put in reverse my car jerks and when it goes to d4 it's even worse
my cousin says it's the motor mounts ... I want to no what you guys think...it's a 98teg ls

your torque converter is probably gone but first check out the shift solenoids. back when i had my auto ls that started happening to me so i just sold it to save the headache but the guy who bought it put in a used tranny for around $200

is this when you driving or putting it in gear

probaly your rear motor mount, also check tranny fluid, if its dark and dirty it contributes to a hard shifting auto, have it flushed and refilled
