idle and backfire problems

so it was nice out today and i decided to try to fix my hunting idle on my teg. i took off the iacv and the fitv and cleaned them with throttle body cleaner and i screwd in the plastic thing on the fitv. now it idles very very low and died on me once i have no clue wats going on. also wen it idles it spudders and wen im driving down the road and let off the gas it will backfire alot and then wen i give it gas it will also backfire. i am lost any help would be great thenks

Check your timing and the system (sensors) that controls your timing. How is your timing belt? Sometimes cleaners will mess up the iacv, which messes up the control of air into the engine.
