idle help asap read me

:shock:i was working with my throttle like week ago and just today i rev to v-tec 1st gear to 2nd gear , after that i did get a bad idle problem and i went to the motor to check and was the map sensor i forget adjustment . cars pop out screws and ring. my question is i still heard like vacuum noise right there the map sensor thts it the thing giving me the idle or could be piston rings after that rev cuz car got like 300 miles after rebuild?
